In 2013 I founded ben-em.de as a distribution and sales agency specialized in toys, gifts and trend products for children and babies. Going through different levels at the famous Margarete Steiff GmbH supplied me with not just valuable experiences in retail and wholesale by the intensive care of all Steiff Brand Shops but also gave me the opportunity to organize and lead sales agencies and distributors in many European countries. Finally I was responsible for leading Key Accounts in Germany. Furthermore working with a specialized advertising agency has strengthened my understanding for trade marketing concepts.

Job Expertise and business know-how are essential for our everyday work as a distribution and sales agency. Personal commitment is an equally decisive factor in order to gain trust of a retailer. All our efforts are based in forming a competent interface between manufacturer and retailer. Our personal big advantage is a profound expertise, professional appearance and an honest, sustainable consultancy of our retailers. The often pursued strategy of maximum "selling-in" without any reflection destroys reliable relationships and is an absolute taboo. Toys, Gifts & Trends within the Specialized Retail

As a distributor and sales agency we strongly believe in specialized retail as an important backbone of the German retail business. Here is where perfect advice can be found, it is the place for high-quality, innovative and attractive products.   • The brand TOPBRIGHT provides educational learning toys for children aged 0 to 6 years. The brand currently consists of two lines with different design approaches: TOPBRIGHT Collection follows current design and fashion trends, so the educational toys fit seamlessly in within the latest interior trends. TOPBRIGHT Milestones on the other hand focuses exclusively on the needs of children and features high-contrast primary colours and a modern design.
